Create a GitHub repository
Go to github.com/new. Name it anything (e.g. my-whatsapp-forms). Set it to Public - required for free Pages hosting.

Generate a Personal Access Token
Go to Settings → Developer settings. You can use Tokens (classic) (tick repo scope) or Fine-grained tokens (select your repo, then under Repository permissions, set Contents to Read and write).

Enable GitHub Pages
In your new repo → Settings → Pages → Source: Deploy from a branch → Branch: main, folder / (root). Click Save.

Common Questions

No - any personal or business WhatsApp number works. When the form is submitted, it opens WhatsApp Web or the app with a pre-written message containing all the answers.

Nowhere - there is no server. When someone submits, the form compiles the answers into a WhatsApp message URL (wa.me) and opens WhatsApp directly. The data lives only in WhatsApp chats.

It pushes your form as an HTML file to a GitHub repository of your choice. GitHub then hosts it for free at a URL like username.github.io/repo-name/.

Yes - download the HTML file and host it anywhere, or drop an <iframe> pointing to your hosted URL directly onto your site.
